ZimZee Recruiting has an opportunity for a talented Business Development professional to expand and grow our revenue base in the Financial Services sector and select Fortune 1000 Accounts in North America.

The Enterprise Business Development Executive will be responsible for growing revenue across the Financial Services sector and select Fortune 1000 accounts, with a particular focus on Commercial Banking and Insurance. They will be tasked with bringing in new accounts in the sector and managing a number of existing accounts at some of the largest Financial Services institutions and Fortune 1,000 corporations in North America.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience and demonstrable success with enterprise software sales to medium-to-large size organizations.
  • Specific experience selling software to Banks, Insurance & Fortune 1,000 companies
  • Experience managing a complex sales process involving multiple stake-holders within different functional departments.
  • A deep background in business software/Internet technologies
  • Desire and ability to uncover and cultivate opportunities on their own
  • Preference will be given to those with deep contacts in this market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent presentation & demonstration skills
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • The ability to work as a team with Pre-Sales and Services teams, and to work collaboratively across our clients.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time
